The Management Team and Organisation
The Greatline Board consists of four directors who are supported by a small team of experienced surveyors and project managers. The management team is supported by a personal assistant and finance manager.
Robert Wilkinson
Director
Robert’s background is in the automotive industry. He is a successful entrepreneur with enormous experience. Robert's innovative flair and entrepreneurial attitude makes him instrumental in finding new developments. He uses a large network of contacts, built up over the years to seek out new opportunities and leads the decision on which properties to invest in.
Mark Wilkinson
Director
Mark is also from the automotive sector. Mark manages the day to day planning and commercial operations of Greatline. Alongside Robert he plays a key role in seeking out new opportunities but also takes primary responsibility for dealing with planners and political bodies.
Jon Tate
Director
Jon is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong commercial background. Having worked in professional practice and industry, Jon has substantial commercial experience - he is instrumental in the commercial and financial appraisal of potential developments and for the financial management and stewardship of the company.
Mark Day
Director
Mark is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a broad range of experience developed over an eighteen year career in the sector. He previously worked for St Modwen Properties and has developed an expertise in understanding the risks associated with a wide range of contamination types and their remediation. Mark plays a key role in the development of sites, leading teams of consultants and construction managers to the successful completion of a project.
